The Wolfe Team is based in Jupiter, Florida. I (Erica Wolfe) started running ads on Facebook before most agents had figured out what to post on it: video content, custom target audiences, all over a decade ago, when "digital marketing" in real estate still meant a Zillow profile and a quarterly email.

As the team grew, I realized I was drowning in tools. We tried what feels like every CRM on the market and abandoned more software subscriptions than I want to count. What got us to $100M+ in production wasn't a single breakthrough. It was the slow, expensive process of figuring out what actually worked, cutting everything else, and buying back time for clients and closings instead of putting out yesterday's fires.

Every system inside Wolfe Core started as one of those internal fixes: ad funnels, listing workflows, geo farm strategies. Each tested, broken, and refined inside our business before it ever got packaged. Then I started noticing the same problems show up in every agent I talked to. So we packaged what worked.
